Proform Elliptical Review

Before purchasing a proform elliptical trainer, there are some things you need to consider -- how comfortable it is to use, the quality of the workout you get from it, how it is designed and most importantly -- what it costs. Besides that, there are your own workout goals that you need to factor into the equation. Certain elliptical trainers are better designed to accomplish certain fitness goals than others.

For an excellent workout, consider the ProForm Epic 1200 Pro elliptical. With an incline ramp that has the ability to go up to 30%, you're sure to always have the ability to set it to challenge you. Also, it comes with its famous one touch motorized resistance.

If space is a problem in your home, then consider the ProForm 650 T space saver.  Not only can you easily store and move it around after you're finished with it, but you can also adjust the stride length to three different settings, so you can work your thighs with the shortest settings, your butt with the middle setting and your back with a longer setting.

For those on a tight budget, the ProForm 450 elliptical is perhaps the answer.  It is not the best design -- it is practically made from plastic -- but it only costs $400.  It's hard to beat that.

If price is not a concern, then you should consider the ProForm 1050 STS.  It is one of the more expensive models, but has some of the smoothest motion I have ever experienced on an elliptical.

For some people, they would like to enjoy the benefits of working out but dread the actual process of working out.  For them, they need something like the ProForm 850 Elliptical with Game Fit.  This allows you to play specialized fitness games as well as blackjack and Texas hold 'em while you're working out.

As far as the innovative models go, the ProForm StrideClimber 650 is an interesting one because it comes with a climb sitting. This will allow you to work out different muscles as well as increase the intensity of your workout. At the very least, it will give you some variety.

Other economical models include the ProForm FX 5 elliptical, the ProForm 925 Space Saver elliptical and the ProForm 160 cross trainer elliptical.

If you're looking for something with a little bit more commercial quality than your average elliptical, then the ProForm Crosswalk 850 may be your answer. Not only is a constructed so it will last, but it has an incredible 22 inch stride which ensures an excellent calorie burning workout.
